PRIMEOPS // TERMS
Terms of Use
These terms govern the informational use of the PrimeOps website. By browsing, visitors acknowledge that specific proposals, contracts, and scopes prevail over general information shown here.
1. Informational content and demonstrations
The website presents solutions, demonstrations, examples, scope ranges, and institutional information. The dashboard and chat identified as illustrative use simulated data and do not represent production availability, SLA, security, performance, or telemetry.
2. Requests and proposals
Submitting the form does not create a contract, subscription, commercial acceptance, availability guarantee, or performance commitment. The final proposal must define technical scope, price, currency, taxes, timing, service levels, coverage, responsibilities, integrations, support, and acceptance criteria.
Prices shown on the website are references. BRL values are estimates and may vary according to exchange rates, applicable taxes, IOF, foreign-exchange spread, bank fees, and payment method. Final terms will be confirmed before contracting.
3. Integrations and third-party services
Calendar, email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice, cloud, payment, and other integrations depend on technical availability, approval, credentials, third-party contracts, and the agreed scope. PrimeOps does not promise functionality outside the contracted scope.
4. Permitted use
Visitors must use the website lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload services, copy credentials, perform improper reverse engineering, or use the content for fraudulent purposes.
5. Brand and intellectual property
The PrimeOps name, logo, text, visual identity, methodology, code, and other materials remain protected under applicable rights. Commercial use, reproduction, or substantial modification requires authorization or a valid license.
6. Availability and responsibility
The website may be changed, suspended, or updated without prior notice. PrimeOps seeks to keep information accurate but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or suitable for a specific situation.
7. Privacy and LGPD
Personal-data processing follows the Privacy Policy & LGPD. Storage preferences and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Data questions can be sent to dpo@primeops.company.
8. Updates
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, contracts, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with a date and version number.
