PRIMEOPS // PRIVACY
Privacy Policy & LGPD
This policy explains how personal data may be processed when you browse the PrimeOps website, use the contact form, or request information about our services. It is an operational baseline and must be completed with the formal controller, data protection officer, and supplier details before final publication.
1. Who we are
PrimeOps operates this website and the activities described in this policy. For each service or project, PrimeOps must document whether it acts as controller, processor, or independent provider according to the applicable purposes and instructions. Privacy inquiries can be sent to dpo@primeops.company.
2. Data and purposes
The form may request a full name, company, country, work email, service of interest, and project description. The language, contact source, accepted policy version, and consent date/time may also be recorded to operate the response process and demonstrate the preferences provided. We use these details to answer requests, assess scope, prepare proposals, and maintain necessary business communication.
Do not submit passwords, tokens, credentials, health data, children’s data, complete financial information, or other sensitive information through the form.
3. Legal bases
The legal basis must be documented for each activity by the privacy lead and legal counsel. Depending on context, processing may rely on steps prior to a contract, contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or another legal basis available under the applicable law.
4. Suppliers and sharing
The form uses Formspree while a first-party endpoint is not available. Its location, retention, subprocessors, security measures, and possible international transfers must be confirmed and documented before production use.
5. Data subject rights
Data subjects may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, information about sharing, portability where applicable, objection, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. Requests should be sent to dpo@primeops.company.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website uses local storage to remember language and privacy-banner preferences. Non-essential technologies should not be activated before a valid choice. See the Cookie and Preference Policy.
7. Security and retention
PrimeOps applies technical and administrative measures proportionate to risk, including access control, minimization, input validation, credential protection, and security headers. Data is retained only as needed for its purpose, contract, legal obligations, or defense of rights.
8. Updates
This policy may change when purposes, suppliers, technology, contracts, or legal requirements change. The published version should be reviewed by leadership, security, the DPO, and legal counsel.
