PRIMEOPS // COOKIES
Cookies and preferences
This policy explains how the PrimeOps website uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences and support a safer browsing experience.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files saved by a browser. Local storage keeps information on a device so a website can remember preferences between visits. Both technologies should be documented according to their purpose and necessity.
2. What the website currently uses
The current public code uses local storage to remember the selected language and privacy-banner preference. Analytics, advertising, telemetry, and other non-essential tools should not be activated without inventory, assessment, and a valid visitor choice.
- Language preference: remembers the EN/PT selection.
- Privacy preference: records the banner response so it is not repeatedly shown.
- Non-essential technologies: remain disabled until an approved choice mechanism exists.
3. How to change preferences
The banner allows visitors to accept, reject, or configure preferences. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing the data may cause the banner to appear again.
4. Third parties and future changes
Any analytics, marketing, external integration, monitoring, or additional script must be inventoried before activation. PrimeOps should assess the supplier, purpose, retention, international transfers, legal basis, contract, and privacy impact.
5. Relation to LGPD
Storage technologies should follow purpose, necessity, transparency, security, prevention, and accountability principles. When consent is required, it must be informed, free, specific, and revocable.
For personal-data questions, see the Privacy Policy & LGPD or email dpo@primeops.company.
6. Updates
This policy will be reviewed when technologies, purposes, or legal and contractual requirements change.
